The dates provided below are for Express Post items being sent to/from metro locations. For Express Post items being sent outside a metro area, please allow additional time.
We ship all our parcels from our Newcastle West store in NSW.
We encourage you to plan ahead and send your gifts early to ensure they arrive on time. The holiday season can be a busy time for postal services, and early planning helps us ensure your parcels arrive in time

Important Note: While we strive to dispatch your orders promptly, please be aware that once your package is in the hands of Australia Post, we have no control over shipping times or any potential delays that may occur, especially during this high-demand season. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for delays beyond our control.
Our Christmas Cut Off Date for FREE Local Delivery is the Friday the 19th of December, 2025. Any local orders after this date will not be delivered until after the new year.
We will be having a break from packing online orders from the 22nd of December to the 29th of December - any orders placed within this time will be shipped in the New Year. Our stores will still be open during this time.
