We always want to do what we can to provide the best service as possible in the local community. So, we are offering free local deliveries for online orders over $100 on our online store within select postcodes within Newcastle and Maitland. The postcodes eligible for free local delivery are:

2323, 2322, 2305, 2304, 2302, 2301, 2300, 2299, 2298, 2297,  2296, 2294, 2293, 2292, 2291, 2289, 2287, 2285

These suburbs include:
Kotara East, New Lambton Heights, New Lambton, Kooragang, Mayfield, Mayfield East, Mayfield North, Mayfield West, Sandgate, Warabrook, Hamilton, Hamilton East, Hamilton South, Newcastle West, Bar Beach, Cooks Hill, Newcastle, Newcastle East, The Hill, Jesmond, Lambton, New Lambton, Georgetown, Waratah, Waratah West, Islington, Carrington, Maryville, Wickham, Broadmeadow, Hamilton North, Merewether, Merewether Heights, The Junction, Kotara, Wallsend, Adamstown, Adamstown Heights, Garden Suburb, Highfields, Kahibah, Elemore Vale, Cardiff, Cameron Park, Maryland, Maitland, Metford, Tenambit, Thornton and Fletcher.
We try our best to deliver our local orders as soon as we can. We deliver our local orders during the week, usually after 5pm. 

Please note: if you select Free Local Delivery and you are not eligible, we will contact you to arrange payment for shipping. Your order will not be processed any further until you have paid for shipping. We do not ship internationally at this stage.

Please make sure you enter the correct address details when you place an order. Zebra Finch does not take any responsibility for addresses entered incorrectly and sent the wrong address. Additionally, if we are unable to access the address to leave the parcel, we will charge you a redelivery fee for any re delivery attempts.

Click and Collect:

We are currently offering click and collect at both our stores. You must leave a note at the checkout if you would prefer pickup at Westfield Kotara, as it automatically will assume pickup is at Marketown Newcastle West.
