Are you an official Jellycat stockist in Newcastle?
Yes! Zebra Finch Style is an authorised Jellycat retailer, both online and at our Marketown Newcastle West store.
Can I buy Jellycat online and pick up in-store?
Absolutely. Simply place your order online and choose in-store pickup at either Marketown Newcastle West or Westfield Kotara
Are you an official Sonny Angel and Smiski stockist?
Yes! Zebra Finch Style is an authorised Sonny Angel and Smiski retailer, both online and at our Marketown Newcastle West store and our Westfield Kotara store.
Are your retail stores open?
Yes! Both our stores at Marketown and Westfield Kotara are open and trading. Our trading hours are listed here.
When do you ship orders?
Yes, we are shipping orders out for our online store Monday - Friday.
How much does shipping cost?
At this stage, our standard flat rate shipping is $14.95 Australia wide and $19.95 for express shipping Australia wide. Currently, for orders over $200, we offering FREE standard shipping.
Do you offer free local delivery?
Yes - currently we are offering free delivery on orders within eligible postcodes in Newcastle/Maitland for orders over $150. The eligible postcodes at the moment are:
2285, 2287, 2289, 2290, 2291, 2292, 2293, 2294, 2296, 2297, 2298, 2299, 2300, 2301, 2302, 2304, 2305, 2322, 2323
We try our best to deliver our local orders as soon as we can. We deliver our local orders during the week, usually after 5pm. Learn more about our free local delivery service here.
Are you doing click and collect for your stores?
Yes, we offer click and collect at both our stores - Marketown and Westfield Kotara.
I saw something in your store/socials, but I can't find it on your online store. How can I purchase it?
Please contact us via email at hello@zebrafinchstyle.com.au We can set up a special listing for you on the website for you to purchase.
Can you help me find the perfect gift?
We love helping you find amazing gifts for your loved ones. Please contact us via email at hello@zebrafinchstyle.com.au and we will send you ideas and photos of items in stock. We also offer $2 gift wrapping and we can add a matching handwritten card to your order for an additional $5.95
Do you sell gift cards?
We sell gift cards instore. We do not have the capacity at the moment to arrange for digital gift cards for purchase on our online store. However, all gift cards are valid for instore or online purchases - you will just need to reach our to us when checking out. At the moment, we ask that you please contact us via email at hello@zebrafinchstyle.com.au if you would like to use a gift card when checking out on our online store and we will arrange the payment and shipping. If you would like a physical gift card sent as a gift, we are able to make you a special listing on our site and we can mail the physical voucher out to the recipient.
Do you ship internationally?
No - at this stage we are shipping Australia wide only.
What forms of payment do you accept on your site?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Zip Pay, and Afterpay (available for orders over $150).
What happens to ‘return to sender’ parcels?
Please make sure you enter the correct address details when you order. Zebra Finch does not take any responsibility for addresses entered incorrectly and sent the wrong address. If a parcel comes back to us marked 'return to sender', we will charge you a re-posting fee of $14.95 (standard shipping) or $19.95 (express shipping) to send it to you again. The same goes for our free local delivery service. If we are unable to access the address to leave the parcel, we will charge you a redelivery fee for any re delivery attempts.
