FREE Shipping for Local Deliveries from Newcastle to Maitland* This will be done to the best of our abilities with current circumstances. Please see our Free Local Delivery page* for more information. Standard Shipping Fees applies to all other areas. All rights reserved to change this option at any time without notice.

We are currently offering local pick up at our Marketown and Kotara store. We will send a notification to your when your order is ready to be collected.

At this stage, our standard shipping is a flat rate fee of $14.95. Domestic express shipping option is available for $19.95. All orders are sent through Aus Post. 

We generally ship Standard Post and Express orders within 1-3 business days. Local Delivery orders will be shipped within 1-7 days.

We only ship within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this stage.

Zebra Finch is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a package is shipped back to sender due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded. For an additional shipping charge, the item may be resent at the customer's expense.
