These colour-coded 4 piece puzzles feature 8 native plants and their name. Australia is home to over 24,000 species of plants, most of which are unique to our continent. The trees, bushes and wildflowers we have selected are some of our most well known and you may even have more than one in your own backyard.

Test their knowledge! Take the children outside to discover their puzzle pieces in nature! Discuss each find, where it was found, its uses, scents, colours etc. Pic some flowers and plants and create use to trace under paper creating their own artwork.
The visual memory involved and the identification of patterns and relationships and similarity and difference help children to learn about early representation and problem solving.
